Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Fayetteville

There was nothing extrodinary or exciting about this hotel, but they were very friendly and accommodating. They are dog friendly (with a fee), which we appreciated. Breakfast was pretty good. It was better than the local dinner food we had the day before. Lots of choices and everything tasted good.

Great experience on a football weekend! Alexis (front desk) was especially helpful the day before our arrival as well as with a few things in our room upon arrival. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed two nights, and booked direct for the hotel. The location is great, there are lots of options for shopping, eating, and convenience stores. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well accommodated. The television was large and had the ability to cast from a phone or use streaming services. The breakfast had a good selection and was hot, and the buffet was replenished quickly when something ran out. The bathroom was clean, and the products provided were nice. There was also a great selection of snacks, drinks, and everyday items for sale in the lobby. Additionally, due to high demand, we originally were going to have to move rooms for the second night of the stay, but Madison at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating, and made adjustments to allow us to stay in the same room for our entire stay! This is a nice hotel for business or leisure, and its small size and great location make it excellent for exploring Fayetteville and the surrounding area.

After a long day of driving it was refreshing to be greeted with a warm smile and great customer service. Madison at the front desk is doing a great job and making you feel at home. Thanks Madison.

I was in town for work & stayed here. The hotel location is right off the highway, close to so many options for shopping, restaurants & other fun things to do. Check in process was fast & easy, I arrived a little earlier than the 3pm check in time, but Alexis was awesome, he was able to check me in & even gave a few recommendations for places to eat. Loved the Christmas deco, it gave the hotel a nice homey feel. My room was pretty nice, lots of space for having & storing all your stuff. Big comfy bed & linens. Great bathroom & work space. Daily breakfast had options from hot/cold cereals, eggs, pastries, juices, tea, coffee & even make your own waffles. Staff was amazing, from front desk, housekeeping & breakfask staff. Overall, a great stay. I would stay here again when I'm in town.

Everything was great other than the loose faucet, water pressure, missing roller to put shade of window down, and the mini fridge not working. I know it sounds like a lot, over all it was an enjoyable stay. We only stayed one night. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was awesome! They took our mentions of things wrong into consideration, and started working on it before we left. Overall I believe it was just a matter of maintenance coming in and doing regular check ups of the rooms.

We arrived late afternoon after a long time on the road. Madison greeted us immediately & was so kind & knowledgable. I really must brag about Madison because she made us feel so special! The room is really nice, clean, & roomy! The tv wouldn’t work correctly at first so I called Madison & she took care of it remotely & immediately! I am so pleased with this Fairfield!

Nice little hotel. The room was nice and the bathroom was very spacious with a huge shower. Surprisingly the shower head worked well unlike the majority of the hotels I've been too. The room was arranged well and the bed was comfortable with a huge TV. Highly recommend for a stay in this area. Traffic kinda sucks on the nearest major routes, but the immediate area isn't bad and there are several good restaurants withing a couple minutes.
